Customer Service Representative - Bilingual

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Fed Supply. Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Completed DES (Diplôme d'Études Secondaires) or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a bilingual environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
