Estimator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing lead letters, tender documents, proposals, and project quotations, as well as understanding contractual terms, conditions, and obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the VP, Construction to ensure department organization and efficiency
  • Manage Procore and Sharepoint systems to track project progress and ensure compliance
  • Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in construction
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
