Vegreville Bottle Depot Supervisor Role

We are seeking an organized and reliable individual to fill the role of Bottle Depot Supervisor at Vegreville Bottle Depot. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating activities with other departments, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize tasks and work schedules to accomplish daily goals.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis.
- Aarrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train workers in duties and policies, as well as arrange training for staff.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet operational needs.
You will be supervising 1-2 people in this role.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:- The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail.
- You should have initiative, judgement, and be organized.
- Reliability and teamwork skills are essential.
- This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week.
- English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
The estimated salary range for this role is $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. The annual salary would be approximately $52,000-$72,000 based on a 40-hour workweek.
