Job Summary:

itec group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Automotive Millwright Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment used in our automotive manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment used in automotive manufacturing processes.
• Ensure production lines run smoothly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve mechanical issues and improve overall manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment downtime and optimize production efficiency.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and provide training to employees on proper safety procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in millwrighting and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

• Journeyman Millwright certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a millwright in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
