As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
