What You'll Do
As a Credit and Loan Consultant, you will:
- Work with customers and prospective customers to provide excellent service.
- Evaluate loan applications to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- FOLLOW credit policy rules to consistently meet risk parameters.
- Gather loan information and sell loan and protection products.
- CLOSE loans virtually and in person.
- Follow up on past due customer accounts.
- Manage cash controls, including taking payments.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to support our mission.
