Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Manotheo Restaurant Ltd. as a key member of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet operational demands.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality service and food presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to meet business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement work schedules to ensure seamless operations.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
