Product Development Manager

At Casabook, we are seeking a skilled Product Development Manager to lead our team in process improvement. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional who can oversee project management, staff training, and performance reviews.
About the RoleThis is a remote position that requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and experience with project management software like Jira. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in product development and a degree in computer science or a related field.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans for new product lines
- Assign and coordinate projects and programs
- Conduct performance reviews and arrange training for staff
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in product development
- Experience with project management software like Jira
This is a hybrid role that requires working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
BenefitsCasabook offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits including dental plan, health care plan, vision care benefits, and bonus opportunities. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English.
