Your Mission as Agile Process Facilitator

">

• End-to-end facilitation of agile processes to drive continuous improvement and change.

• Identify and manage impediments to achieve outcomes of work commitments, acting as a change agent to adapt processes to maximize productivity across work efforts.

• Engage stakeholders to identify opportunities for team improvement and implement best practices to increase productivity.

• Ensure transparency and visibility of work being performed, ensuring everything is acknowledged and accounted for in the Product Backlog.

• Champion agile practices and ceremonies within the organization.

• Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies, executing respective policies/practices that meet business needs, comply with internal and external requirements, and align with business priorities.

• Facilitate work execution aligned to established cost, timing, deliverable and scope objectives.

• Work directly with key stakeholders to remove impediments and help manage cross-team dependencies.

Your Profile:

• Scrum Master Certification.

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Agile experience – 5+ years.

• Proficiency in Jira & Confluence.

• Experience leading and managing multiple teams.

• Project Management experience.

• Excellent communication skills – high level executive presence.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
