Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a project, from programming and conceptualization to construction administration and closeout. You will lead a team of designers and work closely with clients to deliver high-quality interior design solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Lead a team of designers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative and effective design solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in interior design, with a strong background in project management and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, designers, and other stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions
  • Proficiency in design software, including Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
