Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Actuarial Services Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will assist in providing professional services to our clients, including project deliverables, client meetings, and site visits. You will also be responsible for building successful customer relationships and collaborating with consultants in other regions and practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in project deliverables, including data analysis and financial modeling
  • Participate in client meetings and site visits to gather information and build relationships
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with consultants in other regions and practices to deliver high-quality services
  • Perform ongoing support and maintenance of client relationships

Requirements:
  • 90 credit hours completed towards a B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited university
  • Working towards a degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Global Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations & Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30% locally and nationally
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Relevant, hands-on work-related experience in a consulting environment through an internship or other relevant experience

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $48,400 - $57,750
