Remarcable Inc. is a leading provider of cloud-based procurement and tool management software for the electrical contractor industry.
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Canada.
This role will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our platform by delivering exceptional customer service, onboarding, retention, and growth.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in B2B SaaS or the construction industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guiding new customers through the onboarding process
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
- Conducting regular training sessions and webinars
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
They will also have a technical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and performance.
