About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Dispatcher to join our team at Midcoast Logistics Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate the movement of our trucks and personnel to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Monitor and manage the performance of our transportation operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of our transportation activities, including mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance records.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of transportation personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed.
