Regional Development Director

Hadassah, WZOA, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Regional Development Director to facilitate fundraising, membership, and leadership development efforts within assigned regions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Managing Directors, Associate Managing Directors, and volunteer leaders to achieve fundraising and non-fundraising goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement programs, activities, and training to support National priorities
- Oversee strategic grassroots development efforts for assigned regions/chapters
- Support Hadassah volunteers in reaching goals for regions/chapters through grassroots fundraising training
- Serve as a catalyst for new group development, reinvigorating struggling units, and identifying underserved communities
- Support region and chapter leaders to identify successors, facilitate leadership development, and strengthen board involvement
- Experience developing community-based programs and fundraising
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management Software
