Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Massage Life. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • HR Support: Provide HR support to our staff, including coordinating recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential.
