Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies to promote a culture of equity and respect
  • Provide training and support to employees on cultural competence and unconscious bias
  • Collaborate with community partners to build relationships and promote social equity
  • Monitor and report on diversity and inclusion metrics to inform organizational decisions
Requirements:
  • College diploma or degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
