About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Body Repair Technician to join our team at SNK AUTO BODY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing vehicles to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute repair work to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
  • Clean and maintain a safe and organized workspace
  • Replace and repair front end components, body panels, and underbody components
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to achieve a smooth finish
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by masking and taping
  • Hammer out dents and defects using blocks and hammers
  • Remove and replace damaged fenders, panels, and grills
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces to a high standard
  • Repair or replace interior components
  • Mix and apply paint to match original colors
  • Operate soldering equipment and use plastic filler to fill holes and seams
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Auto Body Repairer Trade Certification
Work Environment

Our team works in a fast-paced environment with dusty, noisy, and odorous conditions. We require individuals who are able to work effectively in these conditions.

Language and Work Hours

We operate in English and require a 44-hour workweek.
