Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Salon Miraj. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and equipment, as well as overseeing the activities of our spa team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on our spa equipment and facilities.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery used in our spa.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels to ensure our spa services meet the highest standards.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring our spa facilities are always clean and hygienic.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress and other reports as required.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of our spa team, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
Supervision
  • Team Size: 5-10 people.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
