We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Salon Miraj. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and equipment, as well as overseeing the quality and production levels of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that all computer equipment and machinery are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels.
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
