Key Responsibilities

  • Install exterior prefabricated products, including aluminum siding, to ensure a watertight seal and a smooth finish.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products, including aluminum siding, to maintain their integrity and extend their lifespan.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and safe installation processes.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations efficiently and effectively.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to ensure safe access to installation sites.

Requirements

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in installing exterior prefabricated products.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.

Working Conditions

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
