Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Anthony Ochoa. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and companionship to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication administration and management
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting and mobility
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
