Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at 24/7 Quality Home & Health Care Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Home Support Worker will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and performing light housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Change non-sterile dressings as needed
  • Feed or assist in feeding clients
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Plan therapeutic diets and menus for clients
  • Provide personal care and support to clients
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
