Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our winter maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will safely operate a spreader, plow wing, combo unit, and/or tow plow, performing snow removal on local roads and highways as per contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a loader and perform other maintenance duties such as patrolling, patching, and minor equipment maintenance
  • Ability to work assigned shifts, and extended hours (evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays) as winter events require
  • Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Maintain accurate documentation such as fuel reports, safety reports, and hours of service
  • Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs to equipment as required

Requirements

  • DZ or AZ license with a clean driver's abstract required
  • Available to respond to call-ins within thirty minutes
  • Ability to drive manual transmission (preferred)
  • Previous experience in winter-works operations (preferred)
