About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our winter maintenance team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for safely operating a spreader, plow wing, combo unit, and/or tow plow to perform snow removal on local roads and highways.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about keeping our communities safe, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a variety of snow removal equipment, including spreaders, plow wings, combo units, and tow plows
  • Perform snow removal on local roads and highways, adhering to contract requirements and safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including fuel reports, safety reports, and hours of service
  • Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed
  • Familiarize yourself with route maps and sand/salt application rates
