Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plastic Injection Moulder Technician to join our team. This role involves operating and maintaining moulding machines, ensuring the production of premium plastic products.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Quality Control: Regularly inspect material quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Mould Setup and Operation: Configure and operate multiple moulding machines efficiently to meet production demands.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to distinguish between colours, manual dexterity, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, dependable, excellent oral communication skills, and a strong team player mentality.
What We Offer
  • Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Benefits: Competitive compensation package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
  • Work Environment: 35 hours per week, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
