We are seeking a seasoned SAP Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of SAP projects and solutions to our clients at SDA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP implementation and management, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage project teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and other resources, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and managing risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing client relationships and expectations throughout the project.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, methodologies, and standards in all project deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within SAP project delivery processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience managing SAP projects, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP implementation and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules, including but not limited to SAP S/HANA, Knowledge of SAP BTP is an asset.
- Experience leading project teams and managing client relationships in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, project teams, and senior management.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid approach.
- SAP certification(s) an asset.
- Bilingual French/English.
