Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the childcare environment, including floors, furniture, and equipment.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries, and prepare snacks for children.
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers, as needed.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to work under pressure.
  • Punctuality, dependability, and flexibility.
  • Immunization records, vulnerable sector check, and medical exam required.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $25-$35 per hour, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include:
