Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure efficient use of resources.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency, driving business growth and success.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, implementing effective solutions to drive business results.

Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in an operations management role, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with diverse teams.

Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.

Experience in implementing quality management systems is a plus.
