Calgary Operations Manager

At Paul Davis Restoration of Calgary, we're seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to clients affected by disasters. As an Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in managing renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and budget control.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,500 - $122,500, depending on experience and performance. Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package that includes a base commission on projects completed.
About the Role:
- Meet operational objectives: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience are key performance indicators that you'll focus on achieving.
- Track metrics: Bi-weekly GS&R meetings will keep you informed and aligned with project progress.
- Budget and work orders: Ensure that all project budgets and work orders are confirmed before commencing work.
- Standards and regulations: Maintain compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Community involvement: Participate in local community events to build relationships and promote the company's image.
- Vendor partnerships: Foster strong relationships with key vendors and tradespeople to drive performance improvement.
