Job Summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Parts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of parts and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, process incoming requisitions, and prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
  • Parts Processing: Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, and issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and advise on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts.
  • Warehouse Operations: Clean and maintain the warehouse, store items in a safe and organized manner, and operate industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize inventory control software and the internet to perform tasks and access information.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar field is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs), and work in a physically demanding environment.
