Job Summary

Northern Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our Risk & Compliance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert contract management services to ensure the organization's contractual relationships are optimized for maximum value and minimal risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide qualitative review of service contracts to ensure they are providing value to the organization
  • Assist in writing deliverables for contracts and support contract renewals
  • Establish monitoring systems to ensure contract deliverables are met and support contract performance
  • Provide budget, contract, and report analysis and make recommendations regarding budgeting and contract management processes and practices
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to promote positive and respectful relationships
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or related discipline, plus five (5) years recent related contract management experience in a large complex environment
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and outside peers in related fields
  • Professional and courteous with excellent customer service
  • Effective team member with the ability to work independently
