Job Title: Accounting Office Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Office Manager to join our team at Jago Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounting, payroll, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, Quick Books, Accounting software
  • Valid driver's licence
