The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) is seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Strategist - Global HR Leader to join its dynamic team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive strategic talent management initiatives and foster a culture of excellence within WADA's global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement proactive talent management solutions, succession planning, and performance management processes that align with business objectives;
  • Monitor key cultural metrics and indicators to ensure that WADA's values of integrity, openness, and excellence are embedded in the organization's DNA;
  • Benchmark external best practices and build partnerships with internal stakeholders to continuously improve talent management processes, systems, and reporting;
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update policies, procedures, and learning initiatives;
  • Support various HR projects and activities, and perform other duties as assigned by the HR Director.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Communication, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR/Talent Management, with a proven track record of implementing global talent management initiatives;
  • Change Management certification is an asset;
  • Experience with organizational engagement/culture surveys, employee lifecycle surveys, and listening strategies;
  • Knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) /Talent HRIS systems;
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to tell compelling stories;
  • Ability to facilitate and present content to diverse audience types and sizes in multiple modalities;
  • Demonstrated strategic design and implementation of global talent management initiatives;
  • Strong project management skills to implement programs globally and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent relationship management and consulting skills;
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
  • Ability to anticipate situations, stay ahead of trends, and develop original and impactful talent and organizational effectiveness solutions;
  • Ability to work in a highly matrix environment and influence stakeholders;
  • Strong communication, consulting, and facilitation skills;
  • Proven people-leader able to provide coaching and support to direct reports;
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align learning initiatives with business objectives;
  • Cultural awareness and experience working in a diverse, multinational environment;
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to foster a sense of belonging as an advocate of diversity, equity, and inclusion;
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English, with a very good command of French; additional languages are an asset.
