At the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, we're seeking a skilled Clinical Resource Nurse to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care and contribute to the well-being of our community.

About the Role

The Clinical Resource Nurse will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of people-centered care. You'll assist with teaching nursing staff, mentor and coach colleagues, develop and implement best practices, and participate in research initiatives as needed. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to work independently, and commitment to excellence will be essential in this position.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years overall nursing practice
  • A minimum of 3 years recent experience in a nursing position relative to the clinical area of specialty/site
  • Registration with CRNM and the scope of practice as defined by the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA)
  • Current BCLS certification
  • Additonal current certification specific to clinical area of responsibility
