Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and offer personalized assistance to guide them through the sales process.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from initial contact to vehicle delivery, exceeding their expectations at every turn.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and additional products to enhance their overall experience.
- Partner with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Utilize social media platforms to generate leads and promote our brand.
- Conduct daily inventory walk arounds to stay up-to-date on available vehicles.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Cultivate a collaborative work environment by contributing to team efforts.
Key Requirements:
- A background in automotive sales is preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers are essential.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills will help you secure deals.
- Effective communication skills are vital for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- A basic understanding of automotive financing options will be beneficial.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings, is required.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary for this role.
- An OMVIC Automotive License is also a requirement.
