Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, including cooks, food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants and food preparers, and kitchen and food service helpers.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
