Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Asset Management (AM) strategic improvement projects, conducting business needs assessments, analyzing project, business and system requirements, formulating project scope, identifying requirements that support business goals, leading contracting/procurements and advising on business processes and best practices.
  • Reporting to the Program Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating projects, analyzing business systems and business processes, and providing technical support for information technology systems.

Essential Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Transportation, Industrial Design, Computer Science, Business Analysis or other related discipline.
  • Experience analyzing business systems and business processes.
  • Experience managing and coordinating projects.
  • Experience analyzing or providing technical support for information technology systems is an asset.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel.
