Experienced Store Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Leader to join our team as a Beauty Experience Manager. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading high-performing teams.
Job SummaryThe Beauty Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, including managing all aspects of client experience, services, classes, and events. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team of beauty advisors and senior artistry and skincare roles, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
- Client Experience: Manage the delivery of exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that clients receive personalized attention and guidance from our expert beauty advisors.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the provision of various beauty services, including classes, events, and one-on-one consultations, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
- Training and Development: Execute training programs for new hires and existing team members, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that our store's visual merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals align with company standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive environment for customers.
- Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role at a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence business partners at all levels, and proven ability to create high-performing teams.
