About the Job:

Eagle Top Highrise Maintenance and Restoration Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Highrise Rope Access Professional to join our team. As a Rope Access Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our highrise maintenance and restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work at heights using rope access techniques
  • Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's values and policies

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Work site environment: At heights, outdoors, dangerous
  • Work setting: On-site customer service, rural area, urban area
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, fast-paced environment, hand-eye co-ordination, manual dexterity, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, work under pressure
  • Own tools/equipment: Gloves, hard hat, safety equipment/gear
  • Personal suitability: Accurate, client focus, excellent oral communication, organized, team player
