About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rope Access Technician to join our team at Eagle Top Highrise Maintenance and Restoration Ltd. As a Rope Access Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks at heights, working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform rope access maintenance and repair tasks at heights, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including ropes, harnesses, and safety gear.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
Work Environment

This role involves working at heights, in a dangerous and outdoors environment. You will be required to work in a rural or urban area, with a focus on on-site customer service.

Physical Demands

This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with a focus on standing for extended periods. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
