Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Airport Trail. As a valued member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to keep our facilities clean and well-maintained.
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a comfortable and clean sleeping environment for our guests.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to our guests and ensure that our facilities are fully stocked.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to ensure a safe and clean environment for our guests.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure that our guests' belongings are safely returned.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide basic information on facilities to our guests to ensure they have a smooth and enjoyable stay.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns to ensure that our guests have a positive experience.
