Job Summary

Paladin Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise in project management to deliver high-quality results, meeting client expectations and company standards.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, and budgets to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial reports, including cost and revenue forecasting, accruals, billing, receivables, and payables management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors to build a pool of resources and manage subcontractor selection for projects.
  • Proactively assess risks and ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous and progressive experience as a Project Manager in the audio-visual, integrated security, or structured cabling industry.
  • Previous experience managing large, construction projects preferred.
  • Experience delivering projects utilizing Lenel, Avigilon, Genetec, Belden, Commscope, Crestron, Biamp, Extron preferred.
  • Post-secondary education from an engineering technology program (controls and instrumentation, electronics, electrical, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software.
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines.
