Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead and Operations Manager to join our team at Control Team Inc. as a Supervisor of Operations. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in operations management, team leadership, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Events: Plan, organize, and execute events, programs, and activities to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients with special needs, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective responses to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and staff.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments and work units to coordinate activities, share resources, and achieve common goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Provide technical guidance and support to staff, resolving work-related problems and recommending process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise, train, and develop staff members in their job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Office and Volunteer Staff Supervision: Oversee the work of office and volunteer staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success.
