Job Title: Instrumentation and Control Technician

MP Solutions Inc. is a leading company in building services, offering a comprehensive service from design to installation of systems. We are expanding and looking for a skilled TECHNICIENNE or TECHNICIEN INSTRUMENTATION ET CONTRÔLE.

Job Summary

The Instrumentation and Control Technician will perform various technical and manual tasks related to design, programming, and technical support for various equipment related to climate control, ventilation, heating, and refrigeration. The successful candidate will work in the engineering department but may occasionally travel to sites for inspections, problem-solving, or identifying the needs of our business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in evaluating needs and implementing new CVAC-R systems;
  • Perform design, analysis, and programming of automation and control systems;
  • Design and assemble analog and digital electronic circuits;
  • Conduct tests, maintenance, and problem-solving on systems;
  • Program graphical interfaces, test, and calibrate components;
  • Provide technical support to installation teams;
  • Offer technical advice and consultations to clients.
Requirements
  • DEC in industrial electronics or mechanical engineering;
  • DEP in instrumentation and control with relevant experience;
  • 2 years of experience in similar roles;
  • Excellent knowledge of computer systems, automation, and control;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
