About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker to join our team at Inout Design & Construction. As a Cabinetmaker, you will be responsible for designing and building custom cabinets that meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build custom cabinets using various materials, including wood, MDF, and laminate.
  • Study plans and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as table saws and drill presses, to shape and assemble cabinet components.
  • Apply finishes, such as stain and varnish, to completed cabinets.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects, ensuring accurate and efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in cabinetmaking or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
