**Job Overview**
Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled and organized Clinical Quality Coordinator to support the operations of our national portfolio. This temporary position will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our team.
As a Clinical Quality Coordinator, you will provide senior-level support to our Chief Nursing and Clinical Officer (CNO). Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Clinical/Quality Response Team (CQRT) system, providing first-level contact via email, triaging inquiries to the appropriate team members, tracking for timeliness of completion, following up on outstanding items, and providing data analysis and reports to CNO and management team members on an ongoing basis.
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics and refreshments, as well as assisting in the planning of onsite team events.
- Maintaining files in SharePoint and managing complex calendar, scheduling, and logistics to support the CNO and coordinate team meetings.
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining various systems, including the Clinical Quality Response Team tracking and reporting system. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines will ensure that our team is set up for success.
The ideal candidate will have a College Diploma in Business Administration or a related field, with direct work experience in a Coordinator capacity in a healthcare environment. Superior hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required. Experience in documentation management systems and client relationship systems would be an asset.
