Job Title: Director, EPMO

Our Insurance client is seeking a seasoned Director, EPMO with a strong background in P&C insurance industry experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the successful execution and delivery of portfolios of programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the design, building, and scaling of a centralized corporate program and project management office.
  2. Drive the successful execution and delivery of portfolios of programs and projects.
  3. Enable hybrid and agile program and project management practices and processes.
  4. Lead a team of program and project managers serving functions across the company.
Requirements:
  1. 12+ years of experience in Project Management or Portfolio Management.
  2. 7+ years of management/leadership and people management experience.
  3. Experience in P&C insurance industry.
  4. Agile certification.
  5. Ability to relay complex technical concepts and solutions to business partners and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with Guidewire cloud platform.
  2. Certifications in PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Master, Kanban, Prince2.

This is a permanent full-time position located in Toronto (Hybrid).
