Job Title: Director, EPMO

Our Insurance client is seeking a seasoned Director, EPMO to lead the development and implementation of enterprise project management practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, portfolio management, and leadership, with experience in the P&C insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and scale a centralized corporate program and project management office.
  • Drive the successful execution and delivery of portfolios of programs and projects.
  • Enable hybrid and agile program and project management practices and processes.
  • Lead a team of program and project managers serving functions across the company.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in Project Management or Portfolio Management.
  • 7+ years of management/leadership and people management experience.
  • Experience in P&C insurance industry.
  • Agile certification.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business partners and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Guidewire cloud platform.
  • Certifications in PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Master, Kanban, Prince2.
