Customer Service Representative

As a National Inquiry Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing information on new or existing claims, and directing inbound calls to the appropriate resources. You will also be responsible for communicating and coordinating with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries.
We're looking for someone who is fluent in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet, and be able to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat.
In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $39,000 - $67,300, a hybrid work schedule, company share ownership program, and a range of benefits including pension and savings programs, paid volunteer days, and educational resources.
