Culinary Expertise

Sushi Mong is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in food preparation and handling
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Organize buffets and banquets
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
